Vale End provides four acres of beautifully landscaped and varied stillwater and stream fishing, comprising Belmont Lake and Mill Lake, which nestle at the foot of Belmont Wood.
The lakes are fed by the River Tillingbourne and an abundance of natural fly life, especially olives, buzzers, sedge and a very healthy Mayfly hatch makes it a great dry fly fishing venue. Stands of established Alder and Crack Willow provide ample shade and natural cover. Mill lake and Belmont lake are stocked with rainbow, brown and spartic trout. The river beats running the length of the fishery are stocked with rainbow and brown trout during the open season (April to September).
